TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Duties: Crypto 4 is seeking a Financial Tech Specialist who will be responsible for researching & designing the tech behind the Crypto 4 POS System. Our chosen FinTech Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring universal compatibility between Crypto 4 devices (card, mobile app, and POS System) and external devices (external cards & POS Systems). This position is very tech-oriented and requires a lot of problem solving & communication with developers.
Role Description: Our Crypto 4 Financial Tech Specialist will be responsible for designing our POS system and overseeing its evolution. This role requires a problem-solving mindset as well as a nack for engineering gadgets and technology. Our FinTech Specialist will work very closely with our Technical Director and additional developer and will be responsible for managing their own small team of Fintech engineers.
Experience: Crypto 4 is seeking a Financial Tech Specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with FinTech, whether it be educational or occupational.
Compensation: Equity of Crypto 4 (15% to 20%), ~500,000,000 Crypto 4 Coin, a salary up to $150,000 once additional capital is raised.
FINTECH SPECIALIST
Duties: Crypto 4 is seeking a Technical Director who will act as the lead developer for the Crypto 4 payment platform and will be responsible for coding & programming Crypto 4 as well as overseeing development as additional software engineers are brought on board. As Crypto 4’s Technical Director, you will need to be able to adapt to new ideas and have a niche for problem solving.
Role Description: The Technical Director for Crypto 4 will be a crucial role in the company’s founding. They will be responsible for the initial programming and development of Crypto 4 and will oversee future development and adaptation. Having a strong technical mindset and the ability to effectively communicate and manage small teams is vital for this position.
Experience: Crypto 4 is seeking applicants with at least 3 of coding & programming experience for mobile apps & web applications.

DEVELOPER ROLE
Role Description: Crypto 4 developers will be involved in developing & prototyping the Crypto 4 application as well as the Crypto 4 algorithms. Developers will need to be able to work independently or in small teams and will need to be able to effectively organize & label their work. Work will be overseen by the appointed Technical Director and CEO.
Experience: Crypto 4 requires developers to have a minimum of two years of programming experience whether it be academic or occupational.
Compensation: Developers will recieve a highly valued stake in Crypto 4's equity as well as a significant portion of CRC tokens once made public. Easrly developers will also be offered a full-time position and will recieve a competitive salary once additional capital is raised.
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Role Description: Crypto 4 is seeking a marketing expert who has a solid understanding of modernized marketing, is comfortable working with a small startup team, and is excited to work in the financial sector. This position requires someone who is passionate about their work and who is excited to work on a project that will revolutionize the crypto market. Our selected marketing specialist will be responsible for managing our advertisement campaign, our social media presence, and overall public perception.
Responsibilities: Crypto 4's marketing specialist will be responsible for orchestrating a strong public perception & organizing the advertisement campaign for Crypto 4.
Managing social media
Assisting crowdfunding campaign
Planning & executing ad campaign pre and post-launch
Organize advertisement strategy for three parties of interest (customers + merchants + traders)
Experience: Crypto 4 is seeking a Marketing Specialist with at least 2-3 years of occupational marketing experience. This position also requires significant creativity as well as an ability to effectively communicate on the company's behalf.
